Along with pre-defined algorithms, built for specific biological applications, the development of new and diverse assays often requires more flexible tools for generating customized analysis routines. IN Cell Developer is an adaptable image analysis toolbox that allows users to develop their own algorithms. A wide range of available features and parameters allows assay-specific analysis without the need for programming skills. The flexibility of Developer enables analysis of images from a diverse range of biological applications; some examples are shown in this poster. We also demonstrate how flexible analysis approaches can simplify assay methods. We compare data from a single-color DNA dye based mitotic index assay, analyzed in Developer, with data from the multi-step antibody-based assay and show statistically significant correlation. |
