    LumiLux integrates ultra sensitive flash and glow luminescence imaging detection with 384 kinetic 'inject and read' capability to provide a high capacity, uHTS instrument for assay development and screening. The ability to develop assays in 384 well and miniaturize into 1536 well on one instrument, allows simple and easy transfer from assay development to uHTS. The cooled CCD imaging camera, with fiber optic taper, enables sensitive detection of an entire 384 or 1536 well plate in one acquisition. The wide dynamic range accommodates biochemical and cellular assays and data will be presented from 1536 well Aequorin assays. As with many cell based assays, cell uniformity is key, the LumiLux cell stirrer has been designed to provide homogeneous transfer of cell suspension that is being continuously stirred. The LumiLux enables both agonist and antagonist assays, with integrated data analysis and presentation (AssayPro) to provide a fully automated walk away solution for screening.
