    A high throughput data system is not only measured by the time it takes to acquire data but by the total time of optimizing compounds, method development, processing data and reporting of quantitative sequences. QuickQuan is an automated high throughput screening system that allows the import of compound names with their molecular formulas and automatically optimizes for polarity, tube lens, product ions and collision energies. Optimization information is stored to a central database allowing for compounds to be analyzed immediately or at a later date. QuickQuan allows the design of complex assays spanning multiple plates, multiple pumps/columns and multiple compounds within a single analytical run. The management of acquisition and processing methods are generated automatically, freeing valuable time in creating these methods for each individual compound. QuickQuan is a fully automated software solution that significantly decreases the labor and time needed to create and process assays using LC/MS detection methods.
