SBS Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are available only by written request if received prior to Friday, March 19, 2010. No refunds will be granted after the deadline. Registrants may substitute another individual from within the same company and pay any difference in registration type, but must notify the SBS in writing prior to Friday, March 26, 2010. SBS may substitute speakers and cancel or postpone an event due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.

If the event is cancelled or postponed, SBS will cancel applicable registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for any related costs, charges or expenses, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
