The research group is happy to collaborate with groups who are acquiring images from large-scale screens but are unable to score phenotypes using conventional software. We also welcome visitors to visit and train with us so as to implement similar open-source solutions back at their home institutions. Note that the Imaging Platform extracts information from cell images; it does not prepare or image cell samples. See the Broad Institute's Chemical Biology Platform and RNAi Platform for these types of collaborations.
