Exhibitor Package ($1,495)
Maximum number of companies: 35

• A draped 6' table, two chairs and a trash can (table-top exhibits only)
• Two exhibitor staff with entry to presentations (additional exhibitor staff or guest badges are available: see below for more details.)
• Post-conference attendee mailing list, e-mailed one week after the meeting
• Logo placement on SBS web site, with additional recognition in select promotional materials (e.g., select SBS e-mails)

Please note: The hall does not accommodate 10’x10’ booths.  Please ensure your trade show staff is aware.

Electricity
Electricity is available through SBS for a $100 additional fee. Electricity includes electrical power, power strip and extension cord.  When reserving the Exhibitor Package online, you have the option of ordering electricity. Please contact the SBS office if you need additional electrical equipment.

Tutorials - $500 (limited opportunity)
Wednesday, November 7th from 3:30pm - 4:15pm
Thursday, November 8th from 11:45am - 12:30pm
The tutorial package includes LCD projector, screen, podium microphone and cables to connect from LCD to laptops. Tutorial presenter is responsible for bringing his or her own laptop.
