Present a Poster

Share your latest findings in drug discovery! In this informal setting. You have the option to share either data never before presented or work that has already been published in a peer-reviewed journal. Posters will be displayed throughout the meeting rooms and registration area, and attendees can view them during breaks and during exhibition hours.

Please note that the maximum poster size is 8 feet wide by 4 feet high. Space is limited so reserve your spot early via the online reservation system. Please remember that you must be a registered attendee in order to present your poster onsite. One poster is allowed per registered attendee or exhibiting company, based on availability

Reserve a poster stand when you make your online attendee registration or online exhibit table reservation. In the system, select the “Reserve a Poster” box and include the poster title and author information in the corresponding fields. Reservations can be accepted afterwards (if space is available) but acknowledgment in the program will not be possible.

Poster set up will take place on October 23, 2008.  (Specific times are forthcoming.)

NOTE:In order to have your poster title and author list printed in any SBS publications to be distributed onsite, you must register for the meeting by close of business on Friday, September 26, 2008 (Eastern) and reserve a place for your poster. As poster presenter, please make sure your name  is the first one listed in the author list.
