Exhibition Table Package - $1395 (only 30 table-tops available)

• A draped 6'x10' table, two chairs and a trash can (table-top exhibits only)
• Two booth staff with entry to presentations
• Post-conference attendee mailing list, emailed one week after the meeting
• Logo placement on SBS web site, with additional recognition in select promotional materials


Electricity is available through SBS for an $80 additional fee. Electricity includes electrical power, power strip and extension cord. Check the electricity option when reserving your booth online. Please contact the SBS office if you need additional electrical equipment

Tutorials - $500 (limited opportunity)
Two times to present a tutorial:
Monday, April 3rd – 4:30-5:15pm
Tuesday April 4th – 11:15am-12:00pm
Tutorial package includes LCD projector, screen, podium microphone and cables to connect from LCD to lap tops. Tutorial presenter is responsible for bringing his or her own lap top.
