SBS Career Fair: New - Complimentary Private Career Counseling
SBS has arranged for Arlene Taich, Ph.D., Career Development Specialist at Washington University, St. Louis, to offer half hour private career counseling sessions at no charge to conference
attendees.
The service will be offered as part of the SBS 14th Annual Conference & Exhibition, America’s Center, St. Louis, Missouri, USA. Interviews will be offered on Tuesday 4/8 and Wednesday
4/9, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm on a first come, first served basis; sign up on-site at the information desk.
Market Research Survey
In order to best serve member needs, SBS is conducting a market research survey. You will be receiving this survey by email during the next few days. In the survey you will have the
opportunity to express how SBS may assist in providing solutions to your current and future needs, and to help design future programming and member services. The survey will take about 15
minutes to complete but we hope your investment of time will give you a return in increased value of your SBS membership.
Poster Submission Alert
Please be advised that only posters submitted by the March 3 deadline were eligible for review by the poster committee and printing in the Gateway to Knowledge: A Poster Guide. Posters submitted
after that date may be hung in the exhibit hall in the Late Submission section, space permitting. SBS offers you the opportunity to increase your poster's visibility over and above the exposure
at the Conference by having it up-loaded onto the web site of the Journal of Biomolecular Screening. Your poster can then be cited similarly to peer-reviewed submissions to the the Journal.
To accomplish this, please send a PDF of your actual poster to: Courtney.pugh@sagepub.com. You will also need to complete the Copyright
Liability Waiver (pdf). Please use the included fax number to return the waiver once completed.
A Gift for SBS Product Launch Passport Users
As done in previous years, SBS will be handing out a passport that lists all companies with a product launch. To qualify for a free gift, you must visit all of the companies listed
in the passport book and have company representatives initial the book. Return your passport to SBS Booth # 701 for your free gift and entry into a drawing that gives you a chance to win a
